Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. The most famously known is that she's anchoring CNN's morning program At This Hour. Her previous roles included cohost of the CNN weekday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan took part in the award-winning coverage by CNN of the presidential election 2012 and the 2016 presidential election. Bolduan also worked as a correspondent for Congress based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan's coverage of congressional events and other events in her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the debt ceiling for the US, as well as debates by the supercommittee.
