Sharron Williams passed away on March 15, 2022. The proud Miami native was born on the 11th of November, 1981 in the home of Floyd Williams, and Abigail Evans Williams. After graduating from New World School of the Arts in Miami, she enrolled in various kinds of dance. She was awarded a variety of scholarship opportunities during her time in New World to attend Alvin Ailey's summer camp. After that, she was a member of The Ailey II 2nd Company. At Florida State University she received the Bachelor of Applied Economics as well as an additional Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinar Social Sciences. Conscientious of her talent, skills and creative inclinations extend to dance and more and more, she chose to pursue acting studies with The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theater under James Brill. She also has been involved in films and television projects that include Lovecraft Country Vinyl for HBO, The Get Down Netflix, Scary Movie 5, as well as Netflix's original show The Get Down. Cinderella was also her part for the Little Orchestra Society's Cinderella production at Lincoln Center.
