Angela Gossow Urach
Angela Gossow was born to Christian parents in Cologne, Germany, and had three children. She was 17 years old at the time her parents separated. The bankruptcy of their company led to more financial troubles. Her situation was further complicated due to being bulimic or anorexic. When asked about her decision to resign as the singer of ARCH ENEMY Gossow stated that there's a time and place for every thing. It all began back in 1991. My joy in doing it slowly diminished. Instead of pretending, I decided to quit. At first, the leader of this group was Johan Liiva. She was later replaced in 2000 by German vocalist Angela Gossow.
